Certification Exams
Take advantage of your time at Pure//Accelerate and complete any of our Pure Storage IT Professional certification exams for free at the event. The exams offered will be:

Exams are approximately 3 hours in duration.
Proctoring will be done onsite and in-person. Exam results will be provided via your CertMetrics account 24-48 hours from the time of completion.
You’ll need to bring:
- Laptop and charger
- Necessary peripherals (e.g. mouse)
Once you register for Pure//Accelerate and select your exam time, you will receive additional information about the on-site exam process closer to the exam date.

Join our PEAK instructors for an interactive session designed to support your certification journey. Dive into focused discussions, Q&A sessions, and exam insights, all tailored to elevate your preparation for specific Pure Storage Professional IT Certifications.
There is no set agenda for office hours. Come prepared with questions to go over any questions you have on any specific certification or review key exam topics. We will also go over available resources, the exam blueprint, and sample questions for the exam.

1. How do I register for a training course?
Registration for training courses will open in April. Once you complete your registration for Pure//Accelerate, you will receive instructions on how to build your agenda which will include registration for training courses. If you have already registered for Pure//Accelerate, just login to register for training.
2. How many training courses can I take at Pure//Accelerate?
You can attend as many as you'd like. However, you can only attend one course at a time.
3. What happens if the training course or onsite exam session I want to attend is full?
If a session you want is full, just select the “Add to Waitlist” button to be automatically added to our wait list. If capacity for the session becomes available, you will be notified and will then be able to add the session to your agenda.
4. What do I need to bring to my training sessions at Pure//Accelerate?
If you are attending a training session, you will not need to bring anything.
If you are taking a Certification Exam, you will be required to bring your own laptop, charger, and any peripheral devices you need (e.g. mouse).
5. How do I take my certification exam? Can I take my exam right after I complete my course?
Anyone completing a PEAK training course at Pure//Accelerate 2024 will receive a complimentary certification exam voucher that is valid for six months after the issue date. You can schedule to take your certification exam during the event or at a later date.
6. Do I need to complete a training course to be able to take an exam at the event?
No. Taking a course at Pure//Accelerate is not a prerequisite to taking a certification exam. If you’re ready to sit for an exam, you can register or walk in. While you’ll receive an exam voucher if you take a course at Pure//Accelerate, you don’t need to use it right away.
7. When do I get my certification exam results?
Exam results will be provided via your CertMetrics account 24–48 hours from the time of completion of the exam.
8. What happens if I don’t pass an exam?
You may retake an exam after 14 days from the date you completed it.
9. What if I need to change and/or cancel my registration for the PEAK sessions?
Not a problem, we understand things happen and plans change. Please log in to this website or use the mobile app (when available) to cancel or change your registration for any session.
10. Will the sessions be recorded for reference later?
No, the sessions are live and exclusive to Pure//Accelerate attendees.
